Hanukkah decor with Noah's gifts.
I love my mirror balls!
Each night this year we let Noah pick which gift he wanted to open. Below are the pictures. I didn't get pictures on three nights, but on those he got: story books, craft supplies and a "copter shooter" & harmonica.
The "shammus" or servant candle that lights all the rest is always red in our menorahs. We call it the "Jesus candle" because it is at this time of year that baby Jesus, the servant and light of the world, began growing in Mary's tummy.
Noah is great at lighting the menorah.
"Galactic Grabber!"
A Puppy Pillow Pet!
A piggy bank that counts his "moneys!"
(Now I can have my Tupperware container back!)
A sleeping bag!
As Noah calls it: "My full Hanukkah!" (...and our pizza!)
The letter "Shin" in the Hebrew language on a dreidel. This letter represents the name of God: Shaddai- The Almighty God who is sufficient... in and of Himself for every generation. From providing Himself as the Lamb, the babe in Bethlehem, to providing our next breath,
it literally all comes down from El Shaddai.
HALLELUJAH!
